Frequently asked questions
How do I restore purchases?
Open Focus Farm → Settings → Focus Farm Access → tap Restore Purchases. The app asks Apple App Store or Google Play (through RevenueCat) whether you have an active subscription on this device's account. If you do, your subscription access unlocks again automatically.
What happens if I delete the app?
Local progress (focus sessions, fish, coins, preferences) is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes that local copy. Your subscription, if any, is held by Apple / Google / RevenueCat — reinstall and tap Restore Purchases to re-link it.
How do focus sessions work?
Pick a duration, pick a task, press start. Try to actually focus on the task until the timer ends. On a completed Fishing Focus session you get a fish for your inventory; on a completed Selling Focus session you sell a fish for coins. Cancelled sessions don't count.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@myfocusfarm.com with: (1) your device model and OS version, (2) what you expected, (3) what actually happened. Screenshots are very welcome.
How do I request data or privacy help?
Email support@myfocusfarm.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy describes what Focus Farm does and does not collect.
